Why does shipping cost what it does? |
Shipping, just like mailing a letter is costly for the initial charge. That's not OUR charge, it's what UPS (or any other carrier) charges for the service of shipping a package. You'll also find that by ordering more product the shipping increases very little, just like mailing a letter weighing more than one ounce. So it's to YOUR benefit to order several dozen at one time. Example: You buy 2 dozen balls for $20.00/dozen, your shipping charge is hypothetically $7.50. Your total spent is $47.50 or $23.75/dozen If you bought 8 dozen of the same balls your shipping charge may only be $9.00. PLUS, you will save 10% by ordering 8 dozen of the same model ball. Total for 8 dozen balls would now be $144.00 plus $9.00 shipping=$153.00 or $19.13/dozen. $23.75/dz - $19.13/dz=$4.62 savings per dozen Savings per dozen=$4.62 X 8 dozen=$36.96 total savings Canadian buyers: YOU will be responsible for any duty or brokerage fees due at delivery. We DO NOT "gift" items. We highly suggest that you contact UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS to find out what these fees will be BEFORE you place your order. These fees are based on the value of the items being shipped to you and ONLY UPS can determine what they will be. We do not receive these fees, nor do we impose them. ***Shipping charges are hypothetical. Actual charges are determined by your zip code. |

What makes your product better than any one else I can buy from? |
Let's face facts...There's dozens of sites out there tooting their horns as having the best golf balls out there. Read the grading system on just about ANY of those sites and you'll find that their GRADE A, MINT, TOP GRADE or whatever they want to call their best balls and they will describe them as having some kind of blemish, pen mark or scuff. That's the BEST?? Well, there's no need to worry about confusing grading systems here because we don't NEED one. EVERY ball from Dr. Mulligan's Golf Balls is meticulously inspected and you won't find any blemishes with our golf balls. Just one grade and that's MINT CONDITION!!! If it isn't MINT then it isn't on our site. |

Are Dr. Mulligan's Golf Balls refurbished? |
First, let's be clear on wording. Refurbished means that a ball has been stripped of white paint, smoothed of any scuffing, repainted and re-stamped with the manufacturer's logo and model type. Also, if a ball is refurbished it will have another logo stamped on it identifying the ball as "refurbished". Now, short of knowing how many dimples a Titleist Pro V1 ball and counting them all, would you be able to tell a refurbished Pro V1 from a Top Flite XL just by looking at it?? We doubt it. That's why we don't carry refurbished balls, because any refurbisher can strip down a Top Flite and stamp a Pro V1 logo on it. One exception to our line of balls is the Callaway HX Tour balls. Although we DO carry HX Tours, we also carry refurbished HX Tour's. Why? Simple, Callaway is the only ball maker that uses hexagon shaped dimples on their balls. There's just no way to take a Top Flite XL and stamp it with an HX Tour logo. Think about it, round dimples versus hexagon. |

I've ordered a product in the past from your site, but can't find it now? |
There's two answers to that. One, the product is currently out of stock and is removed automatically once we sell out. Two, it may be an item that is no longer carried in our line. Contact us to be sure. |

|
I'm trying to order 8 dozen balls but it will only let me order 4 dozen? |
Our inventory is set up to only allow us to take orders for what we have in stock. That keeps you from being disappointed with an email or phone call informing you that we can't meet your order as expected. |
|
|
Do you offer reduced pricing for larger quantities? |
Yes we do! Starting at 4 dozen, and again at 8 dozen. For larger quantites (16 dozen or more of the same model), please call for specific pricing. |
|
|
Do you offer any kind of packaging for the balls you sell? |
In almost all cases, the balls will be in clear clamshell packaging. There are a few exceptions. These are at NO additional cost to you. |

Grading System: Our grading system is EXTREMELY simple. We only have ONE grade and that is MINT CONDITION (NO pen marks, NO scuffs, NO blemishes). We don't confuse you with a grading system that will make your head explode. MINT CONDITION means NO pen marks, NO scuffs and NO blemishes. Read just about any other site's description of their so-called Mint, AAA or Grade A balls and you'll find that they describe them as having some kind of marking or blemish. If you want junk, there's plenty out there, but you won't find it here!! Lower Prices: Do a search for "used golf balls" and you find that our prices BEAT other sites almost every time. Including the ever popular Titleist Pro V1 balls. PLUS, we're giving you a better grade than others do. Multi-Dozen Discounts Virtually EVERY golf ball site out there DOES NOT offer a discount when you buy several dozen. The price they charge for 1 dozen is the same price per dozen you'll pay for 20 dozen. OUR discount pricing starts at 4 dozen and an additional discount at 8 dozen on most models(when purchasing the same model ball). |
